The 2027 season will not only tell people what colors to wear. We want people to participate.
Udupp Color Lab is shaped by more than what happens inside our studio. It grows through the shades you notice, the combinations you try and the colors you choose to wear.
You might see two shades and know your favorite immediately. We’re interested in what comes next: why that one?
Does it remind you of somewhere? Work with something you already own? Feel familiar, or make you want to try something different?
That curiosity is at the heart of Color Literacy. We want to understand how color moves through everyday life, shaped by light, mood, memory and personal style.
Throughout the 2027 season, we’ll open that conversation through polls, shade comparisons, styling experiments and photography. Your votes help us understand what you want to see next. Your reactions help us see the colors we’ve made from another point of view.
There is no single right way to respond to a shade. A color we imagine one way can take on a different meaning when you wear it.
